john, the highlights here. revenue is light. looks like they're reaffirming 2013. what's wrong with this move here? >> well, i think when we hear more on the call, they could feel differently about it. the reason why i got off the phone with microsoft a few minutes ago. they're reporting out how some deferred revenue actually would have made these numbers look a little better. revenue would have been a 22 billion, eps would have been at 81 cents if you count in those windows presales. thaif they're pointing out that bookings were up 11%. it came in higher than the street suggested. which suggests that businesses are continuing to spend on microsoft software whereas we saw some weakness in some area, the business division in particular. if you look at those unearned revenue numbers, it suggests that those could be picking up. i don't know how the street will take that, we'll listen to the q&a, but microsoft is trying to tell a story, they will tell a story that's more positive than the numbers suggest. >> the conference call getting under way shortly. microsoft is t
